Hello,
Many new members have asked how can I be in the film ?
Primary filming is complete- however if you have precious photos from your Duranie youth especially home shrines, in their clothes or dressed to emulate them (fedora,etc..) Please get them ready NOW and if you are a tech savy scan them at 150 dpi, for NTSC broadcast standards 720 & 480, saved as a jpeg (rgb or mac colors not CMYK ) at the best quality. We are nearly finished with the duranie history, the Look & the Home shrines sections and want some more photos- so want to be in the film? Obviously there is no guarantee, your image will fit the need, or technically work but it is worth trying-I think. Please no more than 4 images a person-only your very best photos!
WE NOW NEED YOUR early 80’s PHOTOS!!!! Please email them to md@fansonfilm.com. Also if you have any early video of Duranies in action from 80 to 87 please email me NOW.
Also I am asking if anyone would like to help in the design of our movie poster, I would love to see what you come up with. Basically think of a regular movie poster layout in your head & then imagine it from your perspective. It should obviously contain The basic info found on the site and not any copyrighted image or logo. Please contact me with any questions or basic sketches. I will narrow the best 5 or so , post them and we can have a community vote.
Sound good? Please don’t be shy we need many more early home shrine & “Duranie” Photos.
Thanks for your help & creativity!
